Introduction

Project aims to provide Children’sInstructor students and teachers withmeaningful international learningexperiences, strengthen professionalcompetences in Early Childhood Educationand Care.

Activities

Group Mobility of VET Learners

•15 students participating in mobility activities in Europe 

•Four group mobilities

•Students will gain practical experience in ECEC settings and develop intercultural and language skills

ErasmusPro Long-Term Mobility

•2 students

•90-day work-based learning periods in Spain and Italy

•Completion of vocational qualification units in an international working environment.

Short-Term Learning Mobility

•8 students

•Work-based learning placements in Spain and Italy

•Focus on professional skills, languagedevelopment, and intercultural learning.

Job Shadowing for Staff

•5 teachers and educational staff members

•Mobility activities around Europe

•Focus on inclusive education, child-centredpedagogy, innovative teaching methods, digital tools, sustainability, and internationalcooperation.

Expected Results

The project is expected to:

•Improve students’ employability and readiness for international working environments.

•Strengthen language skills and interculturalcompetence.

•Introduce innovative teaching methods and digitaltools into vocational education.

•Increase inclusion and equal access to international learning opportunities.

•Build sustainable international partnerships in thefield of Early Childhood Education and Care.
